Our Principal Consultant
Shantel E. Grigsby, Principal Consultant

Shantel E. Grigsby serves as Principal Consultant for Government Marketing Solutions, Ltd., a marketing consulting firm. As Principal Consultant, she specializes in putting small businesses in touch with federal and state governments. Her expertise includes sixteen years of marketing and procurement experience in the federal, state and local contracting arena. Certified as a Procurement Specialist by the State of Ohio, Ms. Grigsby is often requested to lecture at local chambers of commerce workshops, conferences, financial institutions and college institutions.

Ms. Grigsby has worked for government prime contractors and has helped to pioneer a world-class Small Business Programs Office with a large Ohio prime contractor. She has also worked with the Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency and the Ohio Department of Development, Ohio Procurement Technical Assistance program for over ten years. In addition she worked extensively with U.S. Small Business Administration start-up and expansion businesses in the areas of marketing, 8(a) proposal preparation, financing and government contracting. As a result of her efforts during the course of her career, she has helped small businesses obtain more than $6 billion in government contracts.
